The Band will be playing at a community event at a new development in South Coalville. 12:00 – 15:00
Members – Full Company band members and Training band

Location: Ratcliffe College, Fosse Way, Ratcliffe on the Wreake, Leicester LE7 4SG
Parking – Parking on Site for Band Members
Key Times:
11:00 – Arrive at the parish centre
11:15 – Depart Centre
11:45 – Arrive at Venue
12:10 – Band to play first set
15:00 Depart
15:30 – Arrive back at Centre to unpack
15:45 – Parents to collect members
Cost – No cost to members. No subs. No bus fare. Members may wish to bring some spending money to use during the free time.
Transport: Mini bus available for free transport
Uniform: No 1 Uniform. Jeans and CLCGB branded Polo Shirt.
Music – All Music can be on stands.

Refreshments: No lunch provided, please feel free to bring snacks. Bottles of water will be available.
