The Band will be playing at a community event at a new development in South Coalville. 12:00 – 15:00
Members – Full Company band members and Training band

10:20 – Arrive at the parish centre
10:35 – Depart Centre
11:10 – Arrive at Venue
12:15 – Band to play first set
13:30- Band to play 2nd Set
14:15 Pack Up
14:30 – Depart
15:10 – Arrive back at Centre to unpack
15:30 – Parents to collect members
Cost – No cost to members. No subs. No bus fare. Members may wish to bring some spending money to use during the free time.
Transport: Mini bus available for free transport
Uniform: No 1 Uniform. (This is subject to review with weather conditions) – please have polo shirts available .
Music – All Music can be on stands.

Refreshments: No lunch provided, please feel free to bring snacks. Bottles of water will be available.
