Cost: Full Residential Camp – £65 – includes all activity fees, meals and accommodation.

Travel Time: 30 Minutes from the Parish Centre (by Car)
This year’s annual camp is a Woodland Activity Camp! We will be camping under canvas at Johns Lee Wood Scout Campsite, Leicestershire The campsite is a very large large woodland camp site, with plenty of space for exploring, games and activities.
The camp program will be filled with different activities, including Tomahawk Throwing, Shooting, laser Tag, and Many More!
All the usual favourites will be going on, as well of lots of new activities to keep us all amused.
Each member is responsible for making their way to and from the camp site, and maps will be provided. We recommend car sharing to ease the pressure on parents and reduce cost. If you would like some help setting up a car share, please see one of the leaders.
You can book online. We require a £15 deposit to secure your place, or you can pay in full at the time of booking if you prefer. If you pay your deposit, then you can pay the remainder of the balance online too!
Camp Bank!
We have worked hard to keep this cost as low as possible and this fee includes activities, food and tents etc. We understand that this can be a large outlay, so this year we will offer a “Camp Bank” service. We require the fifteen pounds deposit to secure your place, but then every week you can pay an amount towards your total fee if you want. Of course, if you want to pay the balance in full you can. The camp bank will be open every Friday night if you want to bring your money in small amounts! You can also pay in £5 instalments online if you choose!
IMPORTANT
Fees for this camp have to be paid in advance by the company. Deposits are unfortunately non-refundable. If we have to cancel the camp for any reason, then you will receive a full refund.
The total balance must be paid in Full (£65.00) by 15/08/2026.

The day trip is designed for members who can’t make the full weekend.
The Day Trippers will get to complete a tunnel challenge, and also have a go at shooting in the Rubber Band Alley.
It is aimed at younger members who are too young to camp, but anyone of any age can come for the day on this trip. For those on the daytrip, a bus will arrive at the parish centre at 9am. It will then transport members to the site for a fun filled day. Snacks, drinks and a lunchtime meal will be provided. Members will be dropped back off at the centre at 5PM prompt.
